Puerto Rican born, Angie Rodriguez is a true example of what our Latino youth can become with the proper support and determination. Angie has experienced the challenges that growing up as an inner city child presents and she found a steadying base at ROCA. Currently this organization has benefited from the seed planted in Angie. She went on to graduate from Emerson College and now has given ROCA a voice through her. Angie has invested all her energy, support and commitment to see it succeed.
