The Comcast Family Festival returns with an impressive line up, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Rakim & Ken-Y and Sergio Vargas. In addition to these top Latino international recording artist, the 2010 event will feature a health and fitness pavilion, children's games and activities.
Last year's full-day event attracted over 8,000 people and was a celebration of Boston's Hispanic community and El Mundo Newspaper's 37th anniversary.
Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino, Comcast, Metro PCS, El Mundo Newspaper, and the Boston Red Sox announced the musical headliners for the "2010 Comcast Latino Family Festival" during a press conference held on Thursday, July 8th at Fenway Park.
The 2010 event will feature a health and fitness pavilion, anchored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, a variety of children's games and activities, including the Disney Channel Red Carpet Spectacular. The festival, co-hosted by the Boston Red Sox, will take place on Sunday, August 8th, 2010 from 11am to 7pm at the historical Fenway Park.
